A Florida Notary Public is a state public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function is to: administer oaths, take acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments, attest to or certify photocopies of certain documents, and perform other duties specified by law.

Payment due at time services rendered. Prices for notary services are pursuant to Florida Statutes, however, prices may vary based on location and complexity. If witness(es) required, please have them available at the time of the signing. Additional fees may apply for travel, document witnessing ($25.00/witness), and loose certificates.
A declaration that the signer is who they proclaim to be, is aware of the document contents and willingly signed the document. Price is per certificate/stamp.
A jurat is used when the individual signing wants to swear or affirm the truthfulness of their written statement or that the contents of a document are true. Price is per certificate, including oath or affirmation.
A solemn pledge to a higher power, or on one's own honor, to compel a client to truthfulness with legal consequences. Price is per person.
A notary public may make attested photocopies of original documents if they have witnessed the copying of the document. The document cannot be a public record; certified copies must be obtained from the issuing agency. Price is per copy.
Certification that a notary public has physically inspected the vehicle and found the VIN to be identical to the number recorded on the form.

A notary public is authorized and required to be present for the opening of the safe-deposit box, to inventory the contents of the vault, and to make an appropriate certificate of the opening. Price is per box.
A Florida notary public may perform a marriage ceremony only within the geographical boundaries of the state. Price is per couple.

Travel fee is not included in the standard notary fee and should be treated as a separate charge. Travel fee is due and payable regardless of whether signer completes notarization. Travel fee is based on distance to your location.
There is a $25.00 per witness fee if I have to supply witnesses for your notarization.
There is a $25.00 for any services provided outside of normal business hours.
Valid identification required for all services. In the event you do not have an acceptable form of identification to have a document notarized, in Florida- you may present two credible witnesses (that have valid identification) and are willing to take an oath that you are who you say you are.
